How do summer camps promote Italian language learning?

Many camps provide a lively and engaging atmosphere where children may study a second language over the summer vacation. Many camps have programs that enable children to learn about many parts of the language, such as grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. This allows students to reinforce the information they gained over the school year and get ahead of the following semester. Children and adults alike turn to online language tutors for additional language practice. This is especially true in the summer when many language schools are closed.

UPDATE:  Dealer registration will be opening earlier than normal.  Instead of waiting until February, dealer applications will be accepted December 31, 2019 through January 15, 2020.  Dealer applications will be approved via a random draw on January 16, 2020 and dealers will be notified on that date if their applications were accepted or if their names are on our Wait List.  Applications received after January 15, 2020 will be added to our Wait List on a first-come, first-served basis.  For more information on being a dealer at Camp Tiny Paws, including our brief application form, please visit our Dealer Registration webpage.  Dealers will also have first dibs on our hotel room block at the same time as our staff (i.e. before we open our room block to our campers on March 1, 2020).

Camper registration will be opening as planned on January 1, 2020.

Welcome to Camp Tiny Paws!  We are already in preparation for our 2020 event!  We will be returning to the wonderful Crowne Plaza in Danbury August 14-16, 2020!  Our theme is summer camp, those lazy days of hanging out with your friends and making more crafts than your family knows what to do with!

Pre-registration for campers will open January 1st!  Take advantage of the lower prices during our pre-registration period to save yourself money!  (Admission for the entire weekend will be available during the pre-registration period; the single-day admission will only be available for purchase at Camp.)

If you are interested in being a dealer in our Dealers' Den, dealer registration will be opening the morning of February 1st and will remain open until 11:59pm Saturday, February 15th.  In the meantime, check out our Dealer Registration webpage for more information on the costs and rules of the Dealers' Den.
